Yes! We are a fully insured, registered and liscensed food business.
We pride ourselves on having the best standards when it comes to fresh produce, food handling and hygiene. We operate from our commercial kitchen in Wanniassa.
Certificates are provided on request.
We keep all food cool during travel to the location and prior to pick up.
Food is to be consumed within 4 hours after it is taken and left out of the fridge.
If you are holding an event in Summer, we would recommend having the grazing table inside in air-conditioning or if outside, in shade & plans for consumption as soon as it has been set up. Upon request we can provide insect nets to cover the table prior to consumption.
We are happy to cater for most dietary requirements. Please advise of these requirements before securing your booking. Additional charges may apply.
The short answer is no.
Our grazing tables are generously portioned however, are not designed to cater for a full meal. If you wish to increase the amount of food, we recommend going up a size.
We are an 'appointment only' based business with orders being manually taken by email and based on availability. We will also respond to you whether we can work your booking or not and once you have paid the deposit, your booking will be secured. No bookings will be pencilled in under any circumstances without a paid deposit. We will provide our best recommendations for other local Canberra based businesses if we cannot provide you with our service on your event date/time.

Yes, we can deliver our grazing boxes for a delivery fee. We also offer grazing boxes for pick up from our kitchen in Wanniassa.
